David M. Schnurbusch, P.E., earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Vermont.  He has served as the president and chief executive officer of the USA Professional Services Group, Inc., and as a project manager for Raymond L. Goodson Engineers, Inc.  His ASCE involvement has included service as a member or chair of various committees of the Texas Section's Dallas Branch, and he has held a number of leadership positions within the Branch.  He has also served the Texas Section in a number of capacities, including that of president, and has been an officer within the District 15 Council.
